We present the new line of 100% Tuscan products


We at Pastificio San Marco, attentive to give value and quality to our products, attentive to the needs of our customers and ready to respond to all the requests of the food market, decided to make some new products processed exclusively with entirely Tuscan raw materials such as semolina and eggs for pasta and ricotta and spinach for filling.

The stuffed products are ricotta and spinach, and if not specified, the pasta is made from eggs

Pasta is considered by the Italian people not only as a food, but also as an element of unity shared throughout Italy: it is an integral part of life, of the (simple but traditional) popular culture of all Italians, not only of their way of cooking, but of their very essence, since time immemorial. 
We at Pastificio San Marco, careful in giving value and quality to our products, attentive to the needs of our customers and ready to respond to the needs of the local food market, have decided to make some products (such as Tagliolini, Tagliatelle, Pappardelle, Maccheroni and Spaghetti), processed EXCLUSIVELY with raw materials coming only from Tuscany, starting with semolina and eggs from free-range hens. And because we recognise in pasta a powerful unitary symbol, this is how we describe it:

Pastificio San Marco, therefore, with its 100 % TUSCAN PASTA line, guarantees the highest quality of its products, preserving the proteins of the egg and the carbohydrates of the semolina. All entirely certified of Tuscan origin. Everything, thanks to the passion we still retain, is blended and processed with attention to details to achieve the precise texture of the product.

To mark our 30th anniversary, we have created a new product line of 100% TUSCAN ventilated pasta, bronze-drawn and dried at low temperatures.

Careful in giving value and quality to our products and attentive to the needs of our customers, we bring to your tables Tagliolini, Paglia e fieno, Tagliatelle, Pappardelle and Maccheroni Pistoiesi, made with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and pasteurised eggs from free-range hens in Tuscany, all carefully hand-packed by our women.
